Payments and Returns Policy
We accept Credit and Debit card payments made from valid and current accounts. Some Foreign customers may experience a delay
in shipment of goods until these payments have been certified by our bank. This is an unusual condition, but when it happens, there is typically
a 14-28 day delay in shipment. In all cases, we will notify our customers immediately if there is a delay and the expected time frame.
We accept personal checks. Once we receive a personal check, there is a delay in shipping products of 3-5 days or until your check clears your bank.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. All items must be returned in new condition.
Returns are not accepted without a prior return authorization number.
A 15% Return Item fee may be assessed on items.
Opened electrode pad sets and conductivity gel cannot be returned.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Funds for returned product will be credited within 30 days upon return receipt, minus any shipping charges.
