Here are the details of available consultations

 ·          Your first 45-minute consultation will primarily be a familiarization discussion. Our expert will guide you through the first steps of opening the box and correctly connecting the cables, where to place the electrode pads for different muscle groups, program discussion and their functions, and a walk through of your first active recovery session.  Free with purchase.

 ·          The second 45-minute consultation can be a review of the topics discussed during the first session, and it also can be a more advanced conversation of how to effectively integrate the use of EMS into your daily training regimen. This will vary slightly as to which programs you have available, depending on the unit you purchased. You will be coached in how to get the most out of EMS, by using it in addition to the workouts you are already doing.   Free with purchase.

 ·           After your initial consultations, or if you already have an EMS unit and would like further coaching in the usage of EMS in conjunction with conventional training, additional consultation time is available at an hourly rate.
