Bicycle Village Progressive Indoor Cycling Class
Get MOTIVATED for 2010 cycling by joining Bicycle Village-Aurora and JDS Sportcoaching,llc for
a nine week training class to get you ready for your challenges of the 2010 cycling season.
We are offering a Progressive Indoor Cycling Class every Monday from 5:45pm to 7pm at the Bicycle Village Aurora Store. Each class will build on the class prior class, building up to a STRONG beginning of your cycling season.
Attendees will receive the following:
1. Professional Coaching for 9 weeks from a certified by USA Cycling Coach
a. pedal stroke
b. Riding Position
c. Intensity
2. Use of a Suunto Heart Rate Monitor system
3. CycleOps Fluid Indoor trainers are provided for you to ride.
4. Heart Rate Monitoring hand book.
5. Cycling Drills hand book.
6. Recommendations on additional training.
In addition to attending the class, it is recommended that participants plan to ride additionally
2-3 times between each class to get the most out of the series.
Who is if for: All Cyclists of any level, from beginning to advanced who are looking to Generate their Next Level for the 2010 riding season. (Each class is taught to each individual)
Register and pay on Active.com, or Contact Us for registration and payment by phone or mail. Register early, class space is limited to 25 riders! Cost: $150.00.
Drop-ins will be allowed if space is available. Drop-in price is 18.00. You must call Bicycle Village to add or drop-in prior to class on each Monday morning by calling Bicycle Village (303) 750-1064.
What to bring: Bicycle, (With Shoes)
Heart rate monitor,
Towel
Water bottle
Additional recommendations: Recovery Bar or Drink for after class.
