Salvagetti Spin Series Details

• What it is: A progressive indoor cycling class coached by professional coaches from JDS Sportcoaching,llc.  Each class will build on the class prior.  Attendees will get coaching on pedal stroke, riding position and intensity.  Attendees will also get a workbook that has heart rate training information and additional drills that can be completed between classes.  It is recommended that participants plan to ride additionally 2-3 times between each class to get the most out of the series.
• Who is if for: Cyclists and triathletes of any level, from beginning to advanced who are looking to Generate their Next Level for the 2010 riding season.
• Cost: $150.00.  Register and pay on Active.com, or Contact Us for registration and payment by phone or mail.  Register Early, Class Space is Limited!
• Drop-ins will be allowed if space is available.  Drop-in price is 18.00.  If you are signed-up for the series for one day (i.e Saturday or Thursday) you can add the second day for $10.00.  You must sign-up to add or drop-in prior to class on each Wednesday or Friday by calling Salvagetti (303) 691-5595. If you miss a class and switch from Saturday to Thursday, or Thursday to Saturday, there is no charge, but  you must notify us asap after the missed class so we can save you a space at the next.
• What to bring: Bring your bicycle, heart rate monitor, towel and water bottle.  It is also recommended you bring a bar or recovery drink for after class. Indoor trainers are provided for you to ride on.  We'll be using ones from Kurt Kinetic. These are available to purchase through  Salvagetti Bicycle Workshop.
  • Heart Rate Monitors by Suunto are available through JDS Sportcoaching,llc.  Most Suunto models also can be used as cyclocomputers as well. Details on purchasing are here.  Spin Series participants get a 15% discount on Suunto HRM's.  If you'd like us to install it for you, please Contact Us.  We cannot install these just prior to class, so please plan ahead.
