**NEW for 2010**
Whether you are training for the Subaru Elephant Rock, Copper Triangle, Courage Classic or Tour de Cure these training rides are for you ! All rides are 2-4 hours in duration and led by certified coaches. You will receive training in bike handling, cadence, gearing, hydration, fueling and more. Training rides will be on flats, rollers and climbing. If you are enrolled in a training plan for either the Subaru Elephant Rock or Courage Classic, rides are included in your training. If you'd like to join us on these rides but aren't enrolled in a plan, contact us or go to Active.com to sign-up for a ride.
Are you wanting to gain confidence and learn more about handling your bike ? Sign-up for one of our cycling skills clinics. Subaru Elephant Rock Ride programs include free or discounted entry into a cycling skills clinic.

Copper Elephant Extension Course June 2010-August 2010
